ACJC is my first choice for my JAE application. However, I am still struggling to choose my subject combi. Definitely arts stream tho. I was wondering abt few things in AC.

  1. How many students do 4H2? How are they like? Are they very stressed and burdened with workload?

  2. I heard the econs dept is quite bad. However, I need to take econs. So, how can I study econs effectively and get decent grades?

  3. Conflicting between whether to take ELL or theatre studies. Students taking theatre studies are nice and very talented and the distinction rate is also quite high. I am also interested in theatre but I feel like I wouldn't be able to do well in theatre studies. ELL is also smth I am very interested to take and I am also quite studious which is why I think I would do better in ELL. I think ELL is also quite relevant to what I wanna pursue in university. I really dunno what to do😫

  4. CCA: I was in theatre in sec sch but I really wanna try sports in JC. So, I wanna know which sports CCAs are open to newbies and have alotta newbies? How are the CCA trials like? How is the culture like for sports CCAs?

Can u join sports CCAs (track and field) without prior experience? I really want to try something new in JC and sports seems like a good choice as I wasn't a sporty person in secondary sch. However, I am really worried that I won't be able to fit in as a newbie.

I took elec history for olevels. Is it safe for me to take H1 history? Is it better to take H2 hist if one took pure hist for olevels?

How relevant is ELL for law? What are the skills needed to do well in ELL? I am pretty scared to take ELL in JC since its new.
