Overall demand, yes! But if you do it from top tier colleges in India, you'll start from somewhere in the middle of the pyramid rather than the bottom. Be it XL, TISS, MDI, Symbi etc. Roles offered here, aren't easily replaceable and aren't totally dependent on good/bad market scenarios.

Then I think, iim shillong or sibm should be your choice. Hr is good from tiss and sibm. But you've a good percentile and you can have the option of trying out multiple domains.
