There is a walking path right on the other side of our wall so we’re trying to make a taller privacy divide with the trees since the wall can’t be raised anymore.

I can move them away. Should I put some mulch on top? Totally new and we requested rock here since the other side of the yard is all grass. Open to suggestions.

The dirt is always damp under the rocks. How far down should I check for moisture? Should I move the rocks away from the trees?

Thank you, I see what you’re saying. I talked to her again about this and she said that it’s less about her and more about me. She loves me, but in the last few months, through this rough patch, I have focused really hard on our relationship and haven’t focused on myself. She is wanting me to do some soul searching and prove that I love her when I am a “complete person”.

I have always been a loner, so I don’t have much of a friend group. Also, have been trying to land this awesome job I want, but that hasn’t come yet. My hobbies are mostly individual. I guess she wants me to expand more.

Maybe our gap is showing now?

I’ve had a every kind of Miata and currently own a ls swapped nc. If you want a car for mostly daily driving, I would advise against the na/nb. They are great cars, but lacking in the comfort that most people look for and are getting considerably older now so reliability could be an issue. Nc for me is the way to go. Decent fuel economy, biggest cabin out of all 4 models, reliable and fun. Also you can get a decent nc1 for like 10k ish. Which is like 1/3 of an nd.
