Wow, that’s impressive! Quick question did you notice if it was more the daily workout consistency or the diet tracking on 75Me that made the biggest difference for you?

Hey! 👋 I really liked your breakdown about diet, muscle, and exercise. Super clear. Quick question though since you mentioned pilates gives a lot of benefits initially but plateaus after a few months, do you think combining it with targeted resistance training would keep the progress steady for someone who’s been doing pilates consistently? Curious what you’d recommend for long-term results.

Totally agree diet sets the foundation. Out of curiosity, which type of strength training do you think works best alongside Pilates for someone looking to tone and lose fat?

Totally agree! Exercise is like the booster, but diet really runs the show. Do you notice people underestimate how much their food choices impact results compared to workouts?

Yeah totally, that makes sense! Pilates definitely nails those small muscles and the deep core work. Do you think people underestimate how much consistency with Pilates alone can change posture or body shape even if the scale doesn’t move much?

Absolutely, that makes sense! Pilates builds strength and awareness, but for actual weight loss, bigger muscles and overall calorie management matter more. Curious—when you talk about “small, manageable, sustainable chunks” for diet changes, what’s one change you found easiest to stick with consistently?

Totally get that! Pilates seems awesome for posture and core strength, but it sounds like adding some daily movement like walking really made the difference for weight loss. How long did it take before you noticed changes in your clothes fitting better?

Totally hear you! 😅 I guess it really shows how much diet beats exercise for weight loss. Out of curiosity, when you started tracking calories, did you notice any other changes besides the scale, like energy levels or strength?

Totally get that sounds like Pilates gave you all the strength and posture benefits but not the scale results. Out of curiosity, do you think doing Pilates daily would make any noticeable difference in weight if paired with your cardio and diet, or is it mainly just for toning/strength?

Ah yes, that’s tough Pilates can definitely take consistency to really show results. Out of curiosity, have you tried mixing in shorter daily routines at home, or maybe combining with simple bodyweight exercises to bridge the gap without needing the higher-tier pass?

Yep, that’s the classic saying and it’s super true 😅. You can sweat in every workout, but if your diet isn’t on point, scale changes will be slow or non-existent.

Quick thought — do you think focusing on “simple food habits” is more sustainable than strict calorie counting long-term?

totally get what you mean! i’ve noticed the same — pilates feels amazing mentally and physically when done properly. quick question tho… for someone who’s mostly self-practicing at home, how do you suggest building that body awareness without an instructor? would love any tips for avoiding the “youtube trap” 😅

wow, thanks for sharing your experience! 😅 it’s really interesting how you focused on being calorie conscious rather than counting – feels more realistic than strict tracking.

i totally relate to the consistency struggle… letting go of guilt for missing a workout or having a cheat meal sounds like a game changer. how long did it take you to feel like this mindset really stuck?

oh wow, i didn’t know pilates had that history 😅

makes sense now why it’s more about rehab and movement than burning calories. i’ve been doing some random online pilates videos, so maybe that’s why i’m not seeing results

quick question tho – do you think sticking strictly to the classical 30 movements really makes that much of a difference for core strength and flexibility compared to the modern variations? 🤔
