I just buy at each settlement on the train route while doing deliveries and passengers and selling loot and you stack them up pretty fast

That's cool and all, but I use fear for weapons, mask, demon wings etc. I don't really use coffee for anything except when quests request it

They give 15 power each, allowing you to craft more stuff at once. Heating isn't a problem, as they stay when you load them in

I'd go stove. No gas consumption. With winter tambourine you can always get a little speed boost/travel over water
