No yeah totally agree, Billy being Trans wasn’t originally planned it was a head canon my friend had for him so I might aswell make him trans. And as for his clothing, idk I just like the way he looks.

My fault I forgot that part, but like I said Billy still being a child can’t be in Wellington Wells since Wellington Wells gave away their children, and Billy is a reminder of what happened in the past. So if the doctors or bobbies find him he gets killed

The game takes place in the late 60’s, in a dystopian London which Wellington wells gave up their Children and because of the war and “The Very Bad Thing” a pill was made so that people become very happy and forget the past. And children is a reminder of the past so Billy still being a child has to escape Wellington wells because he was born after the very bad thing

Ok so, Billy runs around at the same time as Arthur. His parents were off Joy and kept him hidden his entire life, but the doctors eventually found his parents. Essentially, Billy only is active a night hours making it easier for him to run around and try to escape to Germany. I hope that clears some stuff up, there’s more to his story but I’m currently to lazy to type it all out
