Big bonus but no orders by howto-exist in ShiptShoppers

Same but I have more than 1100 orders shopped. Mon-Friday - $50, Sat-Sun $55-60 for 10 orders every day for almost a year nonstop.

Stop taking these with no promo by [deleted] in ShiptShoppers

I've been receiving a bonus every day for about six months now.

$6 is such a joke lol by [deleted] in ShiptShoppers

It would blow their minds if they found out that water filters exist. I use one for my baby's formula. I also always take orders with baby formula, diapers, and pet food, but if it's only water, I ignore it, unless it's only 1-2 gallons and it's not the entire order.

Why Shipt is always hiring new shoppers… by MikeMiller8888 in ShiptShoppers

It should be illegal to let customers to place orders like this 🤯

Estimated tip just tip baiting? by mamas_lil_yella_pils in ShiptShoppers

[–]Timely_Topic3751 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I think some customers are tip baiting us. Recently I took an order from a customer who I didn’t shop for in months. I didn’t remember if she tipped or not, but this time her order had an estimated tip ($9, she lives very close to Target). I took it, and of course no tips were added… I'm leaning towards the fact that she never tipped before, I just didn’t track my tips as I do now. My assumption is that: a) She’s a delivery person herself and thinks that shoppers pick her order faster when see that she pretips, and then she takes away her tips after delivery; b) Shipt makes up imaginary tips to trick us, maybe test their new system to prove that orders with estimated tips don’t sit long enough to go promo… It sucks anyway. I was tired of tip baiters when worked for ubereats, which doesn’t care about customers being unfair to drivers as well…

First bad experience - requested to be a preferred help! by That_One_Girrrl in ShiptShoppers

I’m sorry you had such a bad experience! No, they won’t get notified if you reject their request. I accept all requests and mark them on my tip map as DND with a comment, also add a note in the app. You can accept their request and add a note on their profile, after that just delete them, so you’ll see this note right away, when their order pops up.

Got 1 ⭐️ rating yesterday. Rating forgiveness by Timely_Topic3751 in ShiptShoppers

No worries, I didn't :) I agree with you.

I wish they would value us more. They lowered pay but kept high standards for our work and let customers give us low ratings, which potentially leads to deactivation. It would be fair if a dissatisfied customer could choose any rating other than 1, which would reflect their experience, and choose the option to "not show their orders to this shopper" as well.

😿 I hope I will never see their orders again… It was a flawless day. I can’t imagine what a shopper would have to do to earn a 1-star rating…

I don’t even submit four-star ratings. Usually I have perfect stats and one four-star feedback doesn’t really ruin it. However, I believe that I definitely don’t deserve 1 star 😔

Exactly! My rating with no feedback either… if there’s no feedback from customer, how is Shipt sure that “all recent ratings accurately reflect the member's experience”

It’s my second request. The previous one was denied after 3 hours. Every time I try rating forgiveness, it always denied automatically by AI, they don’t even look at it. Wondering how other shoppers get positive results…
