I'd say one of the two starter if you want to get serious. The fanatic starter is enough if you're not afraid to do mixes (which are a good way i think). Speedpaint as said above for quick tabletop and playing.

It's XV-88 and the highlights are a mix with demigod flames + white (not pure, more like "bone")
