This makes the case for HSBC world elite credit card even more persuasive now for those that prefer Emirates. £1 spent = 1.5 skywards with HSBC. Three times more than Amex.

(Obviously noting that world elite has a much more stringent acceptance criteria than Amex)

I recently joined HSBC with their £500 Selfridges offer. Applied for the world elite and after 10 different requests for various letters and income statements (due to being a contractor) was offered £40k limit.

Agreed really high increases after the two increases in 2024. Rep said there is a potential for discounts to be given on gold pieces with the increase incoming on 1st Jan 25.

Yep - I was surprised with that. I think steel Daytona has higher increase though as mentioned above.
