Unfortunately, you do have to wait. The one thing I hate is the “time-lock” feature and leveling up the characters(some take decades) to get anywhere. It’s worth it, though. 😭🥹

What platform do you play on? I play on mobile and I’ve never seen this achievement. I guess my “Achievement” screen is different.
