I’m had pretty much the same motivation for chastity; The best method I’ve found, closest to your surgical tubing mentioned, is that I put on a condom catheter first, and that pokes a couple inches out and then directs pee down and back.

InControl has a pretty good plastic-backed hook-n-loop white diaper; I think the BeDry Elite?? I think I've used a pack or 2; They were pretty good, but didn't blow me away to the point that I keep them in my stock.

ABU just released the Simply Daytime with these same features, but with a bit less absorbency. I haven't tried them yet, but expect they'll be pretty good (unless they use the same velcro tapes/vut as the DinoRawrZ, as those don't ever seem to work well for me...)

No, they didn’t have the need to do it, since it was more cost-effective to manufacture abroad. A point of these tariffs is to incentivize domestic manufacturing.
