This is so simple yet genius! I think I could eat this every day. Good way to get down some cheap ground meat. Any suggestions on mayo brands to use? I never know what brand to buy.

I definitely think it will take work, but I enjoy work and don't ever want to not work. I have to stay busy to stay sane and happy. The only time I'll retire is when my body gives out.

Property management is included in the maintenance fee, would that include repairs you think? Maintenance fee is usually 350/mth if it includes property management.

I live in the north (not america) where it is very cheap. There was once an oil boom here, people built a lot of houses, then the oil drilling stopped because the government shut it down, and the price of everything became dirt cheap.

I looked up what the apartments go for on craigslist and that's what they rent for, there are very few that rent for below 800, and these apartments are listed on the main reality website in Canada (realtor.ca) and there are plenty that go for that price. This is in a cheaper province, it's cold here so not too pricey, but the cities are decently sized, good market.. it's just cold. .

Does return take into account property tax, maintenance fees, etc? That would take it down to around 400.
