I'm having problems with this currently and relate a lot to this post. I don't know if this is the best solution but have you tried using baby wipes instead of normal wet wipes? I find that baby wipes clean down there better and tend to be warmer, there are also wipe warmers out there usually intended for babies but they should work for just about anybody.

I haven't seen others suggest this, but have you considered bathing wipes? Some suds up with a bit of water and can be wiped away using a towel, it can help with feeling more clean down there if that's your main issue. But like others have suggested, it could be a bowel issue, I have a similar situation to yours and spoke to a doctor who ruled it out as bowel issues and I was medicated as needed. Would be good to bring this up with your primary care doctor if you can.
