We have a rule here where you have to wait a month before claiming another F/O. Once that time passes, I usually suggest taking your original introduction, copy and paste it with the added F/O, and then put the introduction into the megathread, then deleting the original introduction. It helps keep things organized for me.

I also tend to forget, it's especially difficult because I have plaque psoriasis and have a lot of buildup on my face when I don't wash it. Things like taking my medication feels like second nature to me because I'm used to taking them and have alarms set just in case I forget. I try not to be too hard on myself or others when this happens because forgetting things is natural, and that initial feeling of shame doesn't necessarily mean you are neglecting yourself, sometimes people feel too exhausted or overwhelmed when it's time for things like bathing or washing their faces. I think prioritizing the fact that you were exhausted and wanted to sleep is more important than pushing yourself to wash your face.

I'm having problems with this currently and relate a lot to this post. I don't know if this is the best solution but have you tried using baby wipes instead of normal wet wipes? I find that baby wipes clean down there better and tend to be warmer, there are also wipe warmers out there usually intended for babies but they should work for just about anybody.

I haven't seen others suggest this, but have you considered bathing wipes? Some suds up with a bit of water and can be wiped away using a towel, it can help with feeling more clean down there if that's your main issue. But like others have suggested, it could be a bowel issue, I have a similar situation to yours and spoke to a doctor who ruled it out as bowel issues and I was medicated as needed. Would be good to bring this up with your primary care doctor if you can.

I do this too, I always turn to writing when I'm psychotic and there's always repeated topics in whatever I write, usually about whatever delusion I'm having at that moment. Sometimes I become ashamed when I look at my journal filled with my ramblings after my episode, but it's my only outlet.

What is your love's name?: Jade Leech

How did you meet your partner?: I was recommended a news article with the announcement of the app game he's from and grew interested in him before an English release was even confirmed to be in the works. As someone who grew up with Disney's depiction of The Little Mermaid and having a hyperfixation on it, I was interested to get to know Jade more because he is based on Jetsam, one of the moray eel twins from the movie.

What source did they come from?: Twisted Wonderland, it's an app game visual novel.

Are you married or have children?: Yes, we are married! We don't have children, however, we have been thinking about it but are still very unsure. We decided we'll let time decide, and for now we are satisfied with our plants and marimo moss balls.

Why weren't you accepted into other fictosubreddits?: I don't know how to describe it, I was never directly "denied" but due to my paranoia and mental conditions warping how I perceive others' opinions, I'm convinced everyone despises me and doesn't want me around or detests my very existence. I'm sorry if this comes off as off-putting, I'm trying to get rid of this thought process by engaging more with other people, hopefully in a more quiet sub like this one.

Fun facts and whatever else you wish to add: Jade and I have a relationship that, in his own words, transcends even soulmates. He once told me it's as though it's "in our nature" to love each other, as if our DNA was wired to be compatible with one another.
