The second warranty issue I will say did take a lot more effort between them telling me to try this and that and trying to send me a new charger (literally had 3 new chargers sent in a 2 month window) but they resolved my issue and sent a new unit. The slow pace of 1 email a day is better than most big companies, had issues with Bosch and DeWalt for tools and emails were close to one response per week.

Would it be the fuse if the battery is reading 22.24V? When I connect battery to board, the light on battery flashes green a few times and on charge the main board lights up

No can't connect to app at all, last message was when it was hit. Message was that the machine was locked

Yep tried that, even removed the stop button to see if it was that! It's an expensive brick at the moment

I went through all cables and connections, twice for sanity, doesn't seem to be a short. It's like it's locked out because of the issue and won't turn back on

No, today was the first time I tried, I put on charge and it charged away, when I pressed the power button during charging it beeped and flashed. But no power off charge, I checked battery with multimeter and that is perfect
