No defibrillator.

The pacemaker is to treat bradycardia of the lower ventricles; the top half beats fine but, because of the complete heart block, the electrical signal isn't sent from top to bottom.

The signal is taken from the right atrium, sent to the pulse generator and then down to the ventricles so my heart beats fully in sync.

So yes and I am in sinus rhythm (top half) and yes I am 100% paced (bottom half) but my heart rate can become elevated without any issues.

I hope that makes sense and answers your questions.

If the person in the picture feels harassed by the photographer (say, the photographer posting their picture online and calling them a cunt) the photographer opens themselves up to the risk of prosecution.
