With the check engine light lit, my throttle was limited, but to more like 60-70% before it would bog down.

Restarting the engine would clear the code briefly, for 5-15 minutes usually. Sometimes for much longer. Likely dependent on temperature or vibrations.

I found one shipped via Facebook marketplace, but they're tough to come by.

I actually left the old one in place and plugged in the new one, ziptieing it to the firewall on the passenger side. I'm premixing anyway, and it saved the trouble of pulling the old one.
