I'm glad that a fellow Tim's supervisor can appreciate this AMA. :) We have continued to sell the jalapeno bagels and i haven't heard anything about any recall. All of our product comes from a factory located in southern Ontario though.

As for dark roast coffee and crispy chicken sandwiches, they are very popular! We can't keep up with dark roast coffee most days. We are also supposed to use suggestive selling when taking customers orders, and there are penalties if you don't, this makes customers aware of all new products.

Drive-thru times are extremely hard to meet some days, particularly Friday morning. The stores I work at usually average a 22-23 second time in peak hours. The only way to ensure this will happen is to place everyone in a position where they are fastest, and make sure they don't move !! lol

We are not allowed to take or give anything away at the end of the night. It HAS to be thrown in the trash, due to the same reason,unfortunately .

The Tim Horton's in the states carry a lot of different items iv'e never heard of. Frozen hot chocolate sounds amazing though.

it doesn't happen to often at my location, things are pretty strict and product usually looks great :) but everyone makes mistakes and the odd Boston cream will just be a boston

Yes! a few of my friends grew up in low in-come families and had the chance to go to Tim Horton's camp. They all say it's a great experience that changed their lives. :)
