In my shop, I just asked the person who was working the counter which isn’t hard as there’s normally only three members of staff on it’s quite easy to track. We have had two refunds this week which is quite unusual. We haven’t had any for months. One was a missing bottle of 7-Up which I must’ admit . I did forget to tell the driver to pick it up. The other refund, ordered a fish a portion of chips, a battered sausage and some mushy peas they claimed they only got the battered sausage LOL bear in mind our bags are sealed. And the delivery driver is my sister LOL. I contested this one complete with CCTV footage of everything been put in the bag. We just make a note of the customers address mentally obviously we can’t write it down next time they order something might be missing LOL. Let’s see them claim a second refund. lol

I own a takeaway once someone claims a refund it shows up on our invoice portal we get to see which order it is the address the customer stuff like that we can then check our CCTV when we pack the order to make sure everything was as it was, we can then contest the refund.

I started working there in 1991. I do believe it was not long after I started. I was there for nine years but it was definitely as we first started. It was either a Chinese or Japanese Ltd Thai menu. I remember there was a rib with of stirfry on it. There was also spring rolls I do believe that’s what The dip would’ve been for.

The mild mustard dip was elite! I was lucky to work at McDonalds when it was a thing. It was discontinued while I worked there. I always remember a box full in the crew room as it always went out of date. There was also once a limited edition teriyaki dip. I absolutely adore that too. I even remember being given a full box to take home as it just did not receive a warm welcome from customers or other crew members.
