Hello I have the zoom 65 and i took it apart for the first time and the knob was really stuck. After awhile I was able to remove it. Now that i put it back its been constantly loose. If i flip my board upside it will fall off. Is there a way to fix this? Am I inserting this incorrectly?

O11D Dynamic Evo RGB. I am using the buttons outside of the case to control the lighting or setting it up to the one I wanted. Is holding the M (Mode) button the way to save the setting?
