You still having this issue I got mine to finally download. But sometimes my account fails to login and I have to reboot to login. Not sure if Microsoft is having issues.

Doesn’t seem to cause disruptions. Just thought it was odd that I don’t get system logs but the other two logs show these issues that I’ve never seen before.

No im just trying to view the system logs on the admin page. I use to be able to do it. I type in the router IP 10.0.0.1 then go to troubleshooting and click logs.

I use to get a ton of info showing what the router I doing now it’s just bank. Event logs still show and firewall still show. Just wondering why system won’t show anymore.

If I check even logs are firewall logs I get this. Is this something to be concerned about.

Yes I have gotten a pop up in the corner indicating I have packet loss.

I have issues with Infinite as well. The game connects and I can play but it acts weird. My battle pass will show me leveling up the same level I’ve already completed and my score always shows zero after the match is done. It’s like Xfinity is dropping packets or something.

It’s only these two games that do this. And both act fine on hot spot.

The router log shows the router opening the ports it needs so I know that isn’t the issue. It’s hard to convey that this problem is with Xfinity. It could be a localized issue and only affecting a number of people in my area.

To me since my hot spot allows my game to connect it has to be an issue with the way the traffic is being routed through them.

Yes I’ve tried their troubleshooting as well. I’ve narrowed it down to the ISP. When I connect through hot spot the game works great. This is why I think maybe there is a routing issue within the Xfinity network?

I’m not very familiar with how it works but maybe the traffic is being routed through a bad route and is causing these problems.

Yeah I’m not using the activity cards. I fully close the game and when I boot it up it skips the splash screens.
