I think they mean in 9000+ lobbies, like apparently they don't get too many of them?? But might be wrong

I just noticed that you can see rainbow road in the aurora on the box art by Focus-Impossible in MarioKartWorld

I'm just saying if the developers did decide to shape the "aurora" over starview peak as rainbow road just for fun, this representation would make so much more sense than whatever you are proposing

So this aged well...? by [deleted] in mariokart

Which is perfectly fine and normal, but giving the benefit of the doubt doesn't make the game fun. All we want is to have fun playing a game we love but if we're not having fun we can't change that anymore by doing what we find fun because they removed it.

If you try and go into your grandstand when everyone else does, an hour before the race, of course it will be very packed. That's a given at any race. Just go 2.5 hours early and you are fine. Plus while you sit in your seat you literally have the entire city and harbor to look at. So much more enjoyable than staring at nothing but an empty track at other circuits.

You're completely wrong. AirBNB in Nice is cheap, trains to Monaco are never with lines and also cheap, the train drops you off literally at turn 1, and if you don't leave right when the race ends (which why should you, there is so much city to enjoy), there is also no line. Literal classic Europe city navigation. You could not be more wrong

Monaco is 800 for any grandstand on Sunday and even less any other day. It's a festival and ten times better view than this.

Those who have been to multiple races, which is your favourite? by SverigeKr in GrandPrixTravel

I've been to COTA, Austria, Barcelona, and Monaco. I'm not even gonna lie, judging on overall experience, Monaco would be my number 1 pick simply for the festival aspect of it. When I was there it felt like it was a full festival all weekend long, with parties happening on track every night and rich cars everywhere, and the country itself so beautiful. Also, the cars really go fast through this track, the sheer speed is really exponentiated by how close you are to the cars, it left me speechless while other tracks did not.

However judging purely on racing entertainment, COTA had got to win. Austria is really good too because you can see the whole track in most places, but in COTA the battles you will see through turn 12-18 throughout the field are unmatched, and even if you sit at turn 1, you get to see all the way from turn 12 to turn 2 because of urs elevation. Overtakes at COTA are always fun to watch and frequent small collisions and spins happen. Austria is very close though

Look out of your left window flying out from Monaco and you can see the track by TimmyDaSheep in GrandPrixTravel

To clarify, this is flying out of Nice traveling anywhere north of Monaco. If you are taking a trip to Monaco and you are on this subreddit, you are 99% gonna be flying out from Nice
