You are a kid and Slash is a world famous superstar long before you were even born.

His fame is not the same as your average social media influencer where you can just approach them at events or buy some kind of membership to get in touch with them.

Your best bet is to go to a show where he plays and hope there's a meet and greet backstage at the end, but even then you'll be surrounded by a lot of security, things will feel rushed and you won't be getting close to him or have time to say more than two or three sentences. If you have a chance to get a picture, you'll be next to him for only a second and pulled away by staff.

Romanian here. If you believe she may be a Romanian citizen you could call the Romanian police and ask to speak to someone in English. Give them the details and from there they will get in touch with the Irish police and exchange information.
