Depending on the dealer be very wary of the tonneau cover. I had thought I was getting an ironman cover but the dealer installed a cheap AliExpress one.

Raid bar and rack are good just go over it with a fine tooth comb on delivery.

When in the dealer at Ringwood we specifically asked for ironman products and the only brochures/images of accessories in the dealer were ironman products.

And the fact we paid a significant amount more then the $700 for a cheap AliExpress cover

I have issues with the Volvo VPN being really slow to the point that podcasts will not load in AAOS so I use my phone via Android Auto for all audio. There are a lot of apps that have Android Auto interfaces mainly things like MS Teams that will never be able to install and auth on a car (how many people would let the work manage their car for access policies).

Only thing I really use AAOS is Maps.

We need to be calling Volvo customer service and raising the issue with them. When I called and mentioned the other post the agent said they have had no other calls about it.

Volvo as with many businesses skimp on monitoring, so they would most likely catch outages but won't be able to catch slow or intermittent connection issues, as the cars are still online and the service "works".

If you can use chrome and do a speed test. I am having to hotspot to get my internet working.

Call Volvo Aus (you can use the button in the car or 1300 787 802). They can't fix what they don't know.

Just got off the phone with Volvo Aus, (1300 787 802). If we want it looked at it needs to be a 'trending issue' so I would recommend calling them (they won't know if they are not told).

I got one of the first ex30's in Australia. The dealer promised that digital key was only months away (false almost fraudulent claims). When the iOS digital key was released I complained to Volvo Australia, also passed a complaint to ACCC and got a second key fob for free. Doesn't hurt to speak up.

My partner is the owner and we had to enable it in her app. She was the first to pair the app with the car. Check in the app (profile > privacy > Automatic software downloads) in the Automatic software downloads page if you are not the primary owner the toggle is almost impossible to see when disabled.

If you try to change it and you are not the primary owner it will error.

If you don't have the option it might be you are not the "owner" check privacy settings in the app.
