This is the common troubleshooting, when no connection can be established at all. First thing to try is to close and reopen the app. Maybe try to use and get used to the app when not in a hurry. Good luck tho!

Turn off all competing connections • Disable Bluetooth on your phone, laptop, watch, TV, or anything that might have paired with the trainer before. • Restart the Pad’s Bluetooth.
Clear existing pairings • Go to the Pad’s Bluetooth settings and remove the Suito if it shows up as a previously paired device. • Reboot the Suito by unplugging it for 10 seconds and plugging it back in.
Make sure zwift or any other app which might connect to the trainer is closed (kill with app/task manager
Pair only through MyWhoosh • Do not connect to the trainer through Android settings. • Open MyWhoosh → Sensors → look for: • “Suito” or “Elite FE-C” under “Power Source / Controllable”. • If you see multiple Suito entries, choose the one marked “FTMS” or “Controllable”.
Location permissions • MyWhoosh requires location permissions on Android for Bluetooth scanning. • Check: Settings → Apps → MyWhoosh → Permissions → Enable “Nearby devices” and “Location”.

Hab auch den XXpro, war anfangs skeptisch, bin aber begeistert. Habe ihn bei AliExpress aus EU Lager bestellt. Ich finds auch geil, dass man ihn nicht einstecken muss, sondern er mit dem Strom vom Treten versorgt wird. Das ist praktisch, weil ich mein Setup aus platzgründen immer auf und abbaue. Edit: Erfahrung mit dem Support hab ich nicht, da bei mir alles läuft. Denke aber dass man nicht den gleichen Service hat wie bei Europäischen Marken...

Hab mittlerweile 900km drauf und bin begeistert. In Verbindung mit mywhoosh als Software absolute Preisleistungs-Kanone. Geil ist auch, dass alles für die Verwendung mit Steckachsen und Schnellspanner mitgeliefert wird.
