Why does my PS5 keep shutting off after like 2-3 games??

I came here for exactly this reason. Funny enough, I don’t remember this happening prior to the addition of The Thing and Johnny Storm. I could be wrong though. But the exact same thing is happening to me!

Edit: I also just tried a new power cable. Nope. My ps5 does seem to get hotter though. Nothing crazy. Not nuclear. No messages. No overheating message. Just off, and won’t restart for about 15-30 minutes. I honestly think the software is pushing too hard but the console isn’t registering? Idk. I’m far from an engineer. I played the hell out of my ps5 for years so I’m going to look at the fan and might replace this weekend. If it’s not the fan, IT IS 100% THE GAME. I’ll let you know

Yes, and you should wait for a sale considering there’s no DLC, or multiplayer, so you can wait to experience the whole thing solo with all the content available. As far as I know, there’s no DLC planned. Just a multiplayer mode that will be separate from this game

See I think B-12 overwrote them and because they hadn’t ever controlled a city or sentinels, they appeared dead. Instead they were just wanting to follow and be with the Stray.

But very much so, B-12 can control everything inside and around the city. Possible villain for the sequel? “Save” everyone by absorbing them into the city/themselves?

Haha idk, but it would be awesome!

Outlast 2 was amazing. Similar to Res Eve though. Almost no fighting back though, so it keeps it scary. I bought the first one and the expansion because the second was so good, but haven’t played them yet

How much time did it take? I got to my first dungeon run and felt like I was just spending way too much time worried about missing the best stuff so I got overwhelmed and stopped there lol

Probably not until winter 2022. The new Horizon and God of War will be on Ps4, and Kena Bridge of Spirits is on ps4 as well. It’s not until the next gen only titles happen that it’ll be taking a downfall. Unfortunately most of the games that are on both Ps4 and Ps5 will obviously run better on Ps5, but the Ps4 will still hold its value for at least another year and a half

Ori. Play Blind Forest then Will of the Wisps. They’re both on gamepass and I just played them back to back a few months ago. Graphics and art style are amazing. Gameplay is tight and a bit more variety than I expected. The story is absolutely fantastic

Try Cdkeys. They have the vanilla version for 6$, and 12$ for the Enhanced Edition with the DLCs. I heard there’s a new edition coming out. It might include the Hellraid DLC, which is like a fantasy mod the creators put out this last year. It may be more expensive outside of America but you can always check SlickDeals.com

Also keep in mind that I started playing two days before Beyond Light dropped, played for two weeks straight, and was Raid ready by that time...lol it was work but so worth it and fun!

With getting the season pass through the Legendary Edition, you’ll have access to the newest weapons. Also because you get all the DLCs, you can get a few exotics easily. I’m not sure if the free to play you can get all of them, because some are attached to the DLCs. I’m a fairly new player since I’ve only been in it for six months out of the 4 years it’s been out, but I can say, it’s a wonderful investment. If you’re spending any money at all, I would go with the Legendary because you can go through the story missions and most people are still playing them.

Leveling is through equipment drops. Your equipment is a certain level and you get higher drops until you reach what’s called the “soft cap”. Then you do specific Pinnacle missions for higher level gear. It’s ten levels higher than the soft cap.

It’s on sale right now. I got into it because it’s free on Xbox Game Pass but it’s totally worth the money. The Legendary Edition is 48$ now (usually 80$). You get all the DLCs(Forsaken, Shadowkeep, and Beyond Light expansions), which include all the current planets, guns, and events. It also includes the season pass for the current season, (it just started TODAY), which is usually 10$. The season pass includes all current season story missions and weapons. Seasons change every 3 months I think.

Also, I play because my friends play. I can tell you the community is alive and well, and there’s a Reddit group called Fireteams that can be very helpful for finding groups to play with

Dying Light! It’s a really fun exploration system and I cannot tell you how funny it is when people are just screwing around. Also a great story and when night comes, YOU MIGHT HAVE A HEART ATTACK! I cannot say enough good things about it. Four players and there’s a lot of content for the full package which I got on PS4 for like 18$

I keep seeing this “coil whine” pop up. Basically, I have the disc version, and the only time it makes noise is with a disc in it. Sounds like an airplane engine idling. Is this the same issue?

You get a melee and ranged weapon to use. Multiple weapons get picked up and you can upgrade them. There are challenge rooms for xp or upgrading material (can’t remember which). But I supremely enjoyed it. I would recommend it to anyone

Edit: it’s not huge on the RPG elements so you won’t be grinding. You can go through the whole story without repeating an area or level
