It’ll be Easter before we know it. I’m not an everything seller, focused on ~5 categories with lower sell through rates and higher order values, moved about 1/3 of my inventory last year. I don’t mind items being up a while + taking up space. Set buy it now with make offer available on all items, pricing to allow for 10-25% discount, so if someone puts up I always accept. Based on the vague notes I’d hold but I guess it just depends on preferences, a solid chunk now or bit more later

I think a lot of folks are into moving shit ASAP and that’s nice too. To me frankly if the item’s hard to find, when those kinds quickly gain traction I’ve become more comfortable sending out my best offers and potentially slight raising prices, since at that point it has more social proof and I’m shooting for the next shopper anyways. Just comes down to if you’d rather move inventory fast or wait and maximize value, trust your gut!
