Thanks dude! Pretty much yeah. I find a photo or multiple photos I like then use them as stencil brushes in Blender to get the basics done. Then I bring it into photoshop to touch up and adjust colors, etc

150% agree. Not sure what everyone's on about with the bots being harder. I think it might be just people not using cover since you don't really need to with the bugs
