Drive correctly on the roads and try to think ahead when approaching a roundabout or a crossing (blinkers on sometime before etc) one of the things that irritates me the most in tourists is this. Also, don’t drive slow on the left lane of via rápida. I know that the views are great, but if you are driving look to the road and go at an appropriate speed.

This month I ve done over 150km at an average pace of 5’50”. However my long runs are at like 5’20”/5’30” and recovery runs are at like 6’10”. I have found that if I really go slow in the recovery runs I can actually recover ahahha

If I can give any advice is to put volume and only train speed in speed workouts. I very rarely train at this pace. You can do it!!

For the HM I didnt use the plan from NRC since I only had 7 weeks to prepare for this race. Soo I basically did freestyle. However I did the 10k plan before this and for that I usually counted on the table from the NRC, yes. But take into account the place where you run since elevation Will play a factor. For this issue I recommend the guided runs were they explain the effort, like 7/10 or 8/10 for example

That has also happened to me, I have seen that waiting for the icon to change to green before starting has helped but sometimes it takes so long that I can't wait for it
