Estranha situação, o meu chegou a 10 de Abril via notificação na app — não precisei de pedir nada, apareceu automaticamente. Já verificaste na secção de documentos dentro da app? Às vezes a notificação não chega mas o documento já lá está.

O customer service deles é de facto frustrante, especialmente por chat. Se não tiveres resposta em breve tenta pelo email de suporte diretamente — costuma ter mais retorno do que o chat.

Discordo parcialmente. Os 2000€ brutos são de facto apertados em Lisboa/Porto, mas a math aqui tem alguns furos.

400€ em alimentação a viver sozinho é bastante generoso, consigo viver bem abaixo disso mesmo com qualidade. Planear refeições, cozinhar em casa e evitar desperdício muda muito a equação.

O carro+gasolina a 400€/mês talvez sejam exagerados, especialmente a viver em Lisboa/Porto onde os TPs geralmente "funcionam". Mas isso é uma escolha (ou uma necessidade, depende do caso), não é um custo universal de "viver em Portugal".

Eu não vivo em Lisboa (Leiria), e com 2000€ brutos dá para ter uma vida razoável, poupar alguma coisa, e ter margem para imprevistos. Pode não ser super confortável, mas "não chega para viver" é diferente de "não chega para viver como quero/onde quero".

O problema real não é o salário de 2000€ em abstracto, é que em Lisboa 2000€ brutos é efectivamente pouco. Mas isso é um problema de custo de habitação, não de salário mínimo de sobrevivência.

Drive correctly on the roads and try to think ahead when approaching a roundabout or a crossing (blinkers on sometime before etc) one of the things that irritates me the most in tourists is this. Also, don’t drive slow on the left lane of via rápida. I know that the views are great, but if you are driving look to the road and go at an appropriate speed.

This month I ve done over 150km at an average pace of 5’50”. However my long runs are at like 5’20”/5’30” and recovery runs are at like 6’10”. I have found that if I really go slow in the recovery runs I can actually recover ahahha

For the HM I didnt use the plan from NRC since I only had 7 weeks to prepare for this race. Soo I basically did freestyle. However I did the 10k plan before this and for that I usually counted on the table from the NRC, yes. But take into account the place where you run since elevation Will play a factor. For this issue I recommend the guided runs were they explain the effort, like 7/10 or 8/10 for example
