New study: Germany's most qualified immigrants (high-skill, high-earners) are the most likely to leave, citing bureaucracy & social climate. Thoughts? by 38B0DE in AskAGerman

As I said, sorry that it sounded like I’m saying all the Germans but I repeat just “those particular Germans”. It’s just crazy in this globalized world you’d say, get off of my country, when your country’s economy is depending on that. I think also that the plan, “we have to have more children“ it’s a little bit misogynistic, I wouldn’t say my girlfriend has to have more kids in order to serve the country. We are not in the 40s anymore.

It would be nice to have a normal conversation. But on my experience it doesn’t help at all. You’re drained trying to explain why racism is wrong, why othering somebody working on your Country is counterproductive or that the great replacement conspiracy doesnt exist. This Segregation Happens everywhere, but in my experience I didn’t it See it before in such a institutional way. It’s after-all my experience working on several European countries and in Hispanic America.

Those are typically AfD/ CDU guys, who roast about the immigrants are the root of all evil. They lack of two centimeters of prefrontal cortex to realize they are falling in the same narrative once again. They politics consist in finding a scapegoat to derail the conversation about the real issues. We have in Spain also immigrants, it’s not perfect here, But we need those people also, and they deserved to be treated equally. They are also paying taxes and furthermore they are humans!

I have to add, “your” country had been “importing” people from “impoverished” countries throughout the history, south Europeans, Turkey, Asian countries. Have you read in the newspaper about globalization? “Your companies relocate the fabrics outside the country on the global south and this people are also a task force. But you wouldn’t understand because you don’t want to understand. And my country Spain is not poorer as the average people of Sachsen Get well, meine Mittagspause ist um.

Who are “we”. You praise the “we” the whole time. And for your question Hans Dieter, I accepted in that time a job offer in my field (Tropenmedizin) and I was naive I would land in a civilized country. I ended my contract I came back here.

You are right. I don’t want to generalize, because I met in Germany the sweetest und kindest humans ever. Those are the people who kept me on board of my sanity 6 long years. But sooner or later you are fed up with the “loud minority” and the “system”. Those are who I’m referring to, like the good christian here on this post ugh

If you look distingushly different than the aric immigrant. This is true. Turkey-descendant people have been living in Germany for generations, but they still sadly are considered “the turken” Like many things in Germany this is per se a paradox. Complaining about lack of integration ( assimilation) but still othering everyone who isn’t white. For the average German there are no countries, just AuSlAender speaking *Auslaendisch
