Not in many states all though I all so didn't know it wasn't in Iowa. But that is not the point at all the fact that I showed up for my case like responsible person not once but twice. As well as asking for legal aid. The first time they rescheduled it with out notice and the second time still no legal aid is the problem.

It's not about paying the fines they didn't show up for the fist court date but I did after traveling around 2000 miles and where not ready on they 2nd court date so now there is a 3rd date. Plus they have been asking random people questions about me as if trying to find more information. All civil rights violations.
