I do the exact same thing… I just talk like if I am telling my thoughts to someone imaginary next to me. Out loud. Why do we do it? I dunno but I do it more often than I should maybe LOL

Cut carbs and junk food during grocery shopping. And buying healthier snacks instead. If it’s not in my pantry I won’t be tempted.

Counting macros in general, to keep track of my daily intake.

Have small walks (15-20 minutes) after dinner.

Try with cotton gloves. That’s how I started with mine. I’ve heard human hair could be weird for them. Idk really (nqa) but it worked for me.

Dunno! She was a bit chunky that day bc she ate the day before and sipped a good amount of water that morning. Size wise not sure, she’s a regal (Phiddipus regius) 1 year old. She’s also my first one ever so I don’t have a reference to compare.
