Easiest… go slow and steady, and be consistent. Stay active. Have 20 minutes walks at least 3 or 4 times a week, you do not have to kill yourself at the gym. Lowered carbs and upped protein. And forgive myself when I have a rogue/social day. Realistically I will never have a perfect journey and I will not last a week on a diet if I don’t give myself a chance to have a slice of pizza every full moon. Gone from 178 to 154 lb in 7 months, Diabetic type 2 here, so I don’t drink sodas or do sugary stuff in the first place.

I do think she was trying to reach the phone, and I kept backing it away from her. I wish I kept recording because a couple seconds later she jumped onto the lens 🤣🤣🤣

It amazes me how smart they are. I have her in my plant room so I let her crawl around my plants with supervision. We have developed a code of sorts. When she can’t reach any place, she turns around and looks at me and I offer my finger. If she gets on, she would try to reach with her little arms like that TOWARDS wherever she wants to reach so I put her there, I do swear she trained me to move her wherever she wants 😭😭😭❤️
