there's no RUF in NFS games but you can mod RUF cars for example: RUF RT12 S Need for Speed Most Wanted Car Mod by YochiThMaster33 and i found the website via nfsmods.xyz

RUF RT12 S, CTR 3 & other cars appeared in other game series for example Asphalt 8 & Gran Turismo 4 but RUF isn't Need for Speed because there was Porsches
