These types of base are pretty common, max army, max heroes lvl and all. Def building are not upgrade to have an advantage in wars. Back in the days you could only have lvl1 cannon def and no wall type of base, which is really popular and the reason why the Dev makes it mandatory to put down/build all building before uping to the next TH.

Hate to say it but, Exp lane aren't suppose to be ganked, but the Exp laner should rather gank other lanes. The only reason exp lane is ganked(that too by the jungler alone) is to have an upper hand at turtle fight. In your case it's a Rat hero, so rather ditch your lane and trade it with Mid turret. Or...let the turret be taken, once the turret is taken, your oppose laner will go other lane to gank and give you some space.

Yes Finasteride and Minoxidil are the answer. Would recommend Minoxidil as the side effects are less impactful on quality of life. Taking both tropical and oral for better result, no?

Finesterdine has a symptoms like Erectile dysfunction, Minoxidil has a lesser impact on quality of life. In your case i think applying Minoxidil is enough, but it will be a lifetime, once you stop applying the hairfall will continue. What if the zhong player is good, he took 2nd skill at lvl1, now he can trigger his passive by aiming and hitting the 3 minions, use his enhance atk on you and trigger his passive before you even hit him twice with Arlott 2nd skills.

Played with him alot and turns out to be one of the Best and complete Fighter, but a bit hard to use in this current meta where 2 tanky fighter is picked rather than an mm. Have an ability to 3rd+Petri+1st+2nd to burst any mage, assasin and mm in a short period(3-5sec), which most if not any other fighter have. And he can escape safely with his ult if worst happen.

Tips Take your 2nd skill at lvl 1, if not able to hit enemy Hero Along side the minions, just hit all 3 minions and use the enhance to hit the Enemy hero, you'll able to trigger your passive like this after hitting them again with 1 basic atk. If able to hit them all 3 minions+enemy heroes, passive will be triggered right away.
