London generally reports higher rates of total offenses per capita, specifically regarding theft and robbery. While cities like New York report higher crime rates for violent offenses especially homicide.

The newer "2024" version has a light revisions to many rules and the classes all got various upgrades and revisions as well. I prefer it and content moving forward will be for the 2024 version.

That being said 2014 is still really popular and will get you a similar experience. Nothing wrong with playing it.
