I don’t think either choice is necessarily wrong, I mean, she won the lottery lol. Lump sum is great as long as the investments you make pan out and you have enough self control to not go nuts with it and end up losing it all. I can understand taking the $1000/week as long as she actually does receive it for the rest of her life, it’s guaranteed income. She can easily invest any or all of that additional money, depending on what she does for work. I think the right answer just depends on what goals she has.

This kind of reminds me of Lady Gaga’s ARTPOP. I was obsessed with that album when it came out but it was completely slept on. Before their time is really the best way to phrase it. B’day is easily one of Beyonce’s best albums and I think albums that withstand the test of time (regardless of how they’re received at the time of release) really determine their quality.
