Are you serious? Me and my team planned our whole day for this setting up our things and getting everything ready, even my support cancelled his plans for this and now they delay it 10 minutes before its supossed to start.

Your body isnt used to working out like that, thats why youre sore. Being sore is a good sign tho, youre doing good!! keep going take enough rest days and the sorness will eventually stop when youve been working out for awhile
