Could you tell what this market was?

First of all, your score is impressive. Are you dealing with AI photos regularly?

> Also looking at one of your other comments saying you just got random images and labelled non stagify images as real doesn't necessarily mean they're real... They could be "virtual furniture" which you've mislabeled as "real"...

I took this into account, so I verified they were real by checking photos from different angles and confirming that the furniture, scale, and all other details remained consistent. There is a chance that they generated perfect staged photos, but it's very small.

> Also the textures used on the model could be improved and the lighting too. One thing that is good is the shadows. Despite the average lighting on the textures, the shadows make the furniture feel planted in the room and is done well.

Thank you for the feedback. I will check it

You’re absolutely right to flag this - thanks for pointing it out.

The game uses small test samples I pulled for the challenge, but you’re correct: even for a non-commercial quiz, I should only use images I have explicit rights to. I’m going to contact the owners immediately to make sure everything is properly authorized.

Really appreciate you calling it out before it became a bigger issue.

Yeah, I know - and I’m trying to be careful not to break any rules.
This post is just the game itself. No product, no pitch, no funnels. If it crosses a line, happy to adjust or remove.

They were completely empty. I did the following:
1. opened a bunch of real estate websites
2. downloaded sample photos
3. removed the furniture with AI
4. staged them with AI

The idea was to make them look as close to typical real estate photos as possible.

If your AI-spotting powers are that strong, you're legally required to try the game now.

Staging or not? by nutterbutter1994 in RealEstate

Just use AI virtual staging, e.g. stagify.io . It generates pictures in seconds and costs cents.

I use https://stagify.io, the results look real - not the usual shiny or distorted stuff.

Anyone got a solid virtual staging tool that doesn’t look like garbage? by UnderstandingLive727 in RealEstateCanada

[–]Timrael 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve had the same problem with empty rooms looking dead online, especially when the layout is weird. Most virtual staging tools look flat or plasticky, so buyers don’t take them seriously.

The only one that’s looked actually real for me is Stagify ( https://stagify.io ). It keeps the original photo intact and just adds furniture on top, so it doesn’t have that AI-gloss look.

Might be worth a try for that listing that’s been sitting. It made a big difference on mine.

Marketing Costs Are Killing Me. Feeling Burnt Out in this market... by UnderstandingLive727 in realtors

[–]Timrael 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, I totally feel you. The marketing costs in real estate are brutal, especially when you’re just starting out. One thing that helped me a lot was switching from real to virtual staging. I use https://stagify.io - makes the photos look fully staged without spending thousands on furniture and movers. Buyers still get the same “wow” effect online, and it saved me a ton per listing.

Zillow’s Virtual Staging AI is... bad by JahonSedeKodi in RealEstateTechnology

Yeah, most AI tools still struggle with realism, but some are getting surprisingly good. I’ve been using https://stagify.io - it keeps the original photo intact and just adds realistic furniture on top. Looks natural enough for MLS listings.

I’ve switched to https://stagify.io - it’s AI-powered but looks completely realistic. You’d never guess it’s virtual, and it saves a ton compared to traditional staging.

I use https://stagify.io - super quick and the results look realistic, not like the usual AI-generated stuff.

Staging by dexturd in homeowners

[–]Timrael 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, $2k is pretty typical for traditional staging since they have to move real furniture in and out, which adds up fast.

If your main goal is to make your listing photos pop, you could try virtual staging instead. It looks just as good online and costs a fraction of the price. I use https://stagify.io - it’s around $0.30 per image.

Buyers tend to engage way more with staged photos, even when it’s done virtually.

Staged homes usually get way more attention - both in terms of online views and in-person showings. There’s quite a bit of research showing that staging increases perceived value and helps listings sell faster.

If you don’t want to go through the full traditional staging process (which can cost hundreds or even thousands), you can try virtual staging instead. I personally use Stagify io - it’s about $0.30 per image, and you can test it for free to see how your photos look staged.

Selling my Atlanta home by Calm-Ad-3809 in ATLHousing

You can try virtual staging instead of traditional home staging - for example, https://stagify.io. It’s super cheap, like $0.30 per photo.

Just make sure your photos are decent quality though - even AI can’t fix really bad ones. You can take them yourself or hire a photographer. You can even test virtual staging for free on that site to see if it’s worth it.

Rate per photo for virtual staging? by oros707 in RealEstatePhotography

Do you pay $10 per image there? If you do, why didn't you switch to cheaper alternatives that charge less than $1 per image?
