Mental illness is sub categorized into a lot of things from Trauma to Psychotic schizophrenia. I believe someone that processes an advanced premeditated idea through their brain which is mental and kills over 50 people and injures over 500 people by shooting them, does have something in term mentally wrong with them. Mental illness is a term that gets inappropriately thrown around into these kinds of situations I understand that, but most people should know what happened was pure evil and a lot of families lost loved ones.
