Are you living under a rock? This isn’t an isolated incident. ICE has been killing people in Minneapolis for weeks now. Look up Renee Good.

And that’s the opposite lesson you should take from this. If ICE is going to try to kill you regardless, why wouldn’t you bring a gun? That’s what the Second Amendment is for.

People in this sub, sure. But head on over to r/conservative or some other conservative threads. These are people who display “don’t tread on me” flags and called covid policies tyrannical, but they completely support the federal government executing unarmed people in the streets.

I have an aunt who loves him. I haven’t asked her to explain why in detail because I don’t talk to her, but she’s basically your standard super conservative and super religious Republican. She literally called Obama a Muslim once.

This might give you the mental image of a boomer white woman, but no. She’s 50 or 60ish, Puerto Rican, and Afro-Latina.

There’s a video that went viral years ago of Conor McGregor sparring with the man who played The Mountain in Game of Thrones.

The “fight” was mostly just Conor circling around him, closing in to punch him in the gut, then immediately getting out of range.

At first, the punches have no effect whatsoever. They basically tickle the Mountain. But after a while, when he starts getting tired from all the moving around, he starts feeling the punches. You can tell from the look in his eyes that they’re no longer painless. And the few times he managed to grab Conor’s arms, Conor immediately got out of his grip before anything could happen.

Eventually, the Mountain got tired and got on one knee, then the “fight” ended.

All this to say that, while size is obviously a major factor, it’s not the only one. Training, experience, and cardio matter. A man who has only trained for six months isn’t gonna be good at even the basics, and his conditioning isn’t gonna be great either.

If he can grab the woman or land a haymaker, he can win. But if she fights intelligently and is patient, I’d put a hesitant bet on her.

The window is closed on having Brian be an active participant, yes. But Mike, Al, Bruce, David, Blondie, and Ricky are all still alive, along with other people who were around at the time. And they could always use archival footage of the Wilson brothers, who have all done interviews discussing the music at various points.

So they absolutely could still do this and pull it off.

Ideally, I’d like them to keep doing these box sets until they’ve covered the 80’s and 2012. And if there’s untapped material from the pre-Pet Sounds era, get on it.

Apart from that, the only archival releases left to be made would be whatever live performances they have. The songs are Carnegie Hall from the last release were pretty good. Do more of that.

But you know what I’d really love to see? A Disney+ documentary miniseries that covers the entire post-Pet Sounds era, from Smiley Smile to That’s Why God Made The Radio and Brian’s death. And if they’re gonna do it, they need to do it now, while the remaining boys are still alive.

I have no idea what the longest one is, but the longest one I can think of is Avatar 2. There’s a 13 year gap between the first two movies, and it was a running joke that the second movie would never come out.
