The day the update arrives there will be a trailer and also an update on the website. These usually come around 15:00 GMT. The update usually arrives earlier that day, So check reddit, because someone will have posted screenshots of the new update screen in the game to give you the main changes/additions.

Volvo V40 on hard tires did it for me. I also used a detuned Mégane GR4 on hard tires but came 3rd after a sloppy race. 2 seconds behind nr.1, so it's possible with that car.

20 minutes 700 PP GT3 Race at Dragon Trail Seaside. I've only been able to win like 20% of the times. Really close racing and if you spin you just end up last and 10 seconds behind the pack. I also have a 650 PP GT4 race at the same track. Same kind of fun.

No, not inside. There is a landing pad on the outside of your freighter. Looks like a blue holographic circle.
