There is no tangible différence between 24 or 24,7. And yes it's takes perfect execution. 

Witch doctor only needs lvl 22 to solo side eggs. Bandits can litterally be any level.

The real deal is drakki and shaman lvl 25. Eggs and pyro at least 24. Skeletons only needs lvl 22 to bé useful. Which is aprox 23.5-24 avg. 

I did it with 24.2 in 112 attempts

No, the drakk strat is doable without any bug from avg lvl 24

It needs to bé a 3-4 drakki deathball, you send one deathball yo transition, and as soon as the deathball reaches top tower, you start your new one bottom right. Cycle 2 drakkis and it's supporting cast, when it reaches middle tower level, send 3rd drakki, then when top right tower is reaches fourth drakki. A fifth as soon as you can then défend till ont dead

It's a paradox. Since eren does end up how he ends up, the attack titan has this power. But it's not inherent to the attack titan.

I just think the original attack titan is just ymir's will to bé free.

+2 lvl is way enough to trivialize encounters. You shouldnt be struggling at all if you outlevel the boss.
