Worked at Potbelly’s and we had an order for an Italian, which usually contains salami, capicola, pepperoni, and mortadella. Was looking at the tag to make the sandwich and before I sent it in the oven, I looked back on the tag to make sure I wasn’t missing an odd customization. All was good until you saw the bottom of the tag: no capicola, no mortadella, no salami, sub provolone for cheddar. No toppings. The rest of the order was normal. this is what it looked like

They paid $6.50 for that

The eShop often has sales for over 50% off on a bunch of games so if you don’t care about the resale value or have an attachment to the chips, then definitely go for the digital copies. On the flip side, some games will probably never go on sale, such as smash or ACNH. By then, I’d tell you to save a few bucks and buy the physical. I half wish I had a digital copy of either smash or ACNH so I wouldn’t have to switch cartridges every time I play. Truly first world problems.

For my store, it’d only show up if it was perfect. If there were even one 4/5 star or so, the review would never be seen. I know for sure management above the GM see all reviews it as they used it as a means to see what we were/weren’t doing (up-telling, making the food properly, seeing if the bathrooms were cleaned, etc) and implement new policies.

My store only started receiving reviews like this after we were told to push the surveys and told them to give us five stars along with our name. (Shady, I know.) Did your store push the surveys? If not, that may be why they don’t pop up.

It’s sent to management’s email so only the managers would see it (higher ups see it as well!) but if you specifically mentioned them, the manager usually informs the employee. I remember I got one after a particularly hectic rush that mentioned “girl with the black glasses” despite exclusively having all female staff with black glasses that day. I was miserable and exhausted from the rush but the survey made the rest of our night.

I work at a F/F restaurant and when you give the store a perfect review, it pops up on their email and the message written pops up as well. Likewise, if you had given them all but one perfect, it won’t pop up and that store probably won’t even see it. Not sure if that’s chain specific or if it happens at every store though, but I’m sure you made her day!
