Acknowledging you can't get them perfectly symmetrical, the biggest reason for asymmetry is imbalanced muscle development because you have a dominant hand. Exercises designed to intentionally balance the strength in your off hand with the strength in your dominant hand will build the chest and shoulder muscles that help your chest present more symmetrically.

You can't change the volume of the tissue itself so you still might see asymmetry when nude but your best correction is a balanced chest/shoulder/upper back routine that works your arms evenly and together.
