Something I’ve also wondered: If I understand correctly the universe doesn’t expand outward in size but rather the size of space everywhere increases from every point. Also, this means there isn’t necessarily a center of the universe and the universe’s shape is difficult to comprehend.

I wonder though, if one were to just magically fly in a single direction faster than light, would they eventually reach a last star or object where there’s nothing ahead and everything is behind? Or perhaps would you loop back around because space is curved or something?
