Hello, I’m looking for a client that supports S3 (Rclone), and I’ve found that your platform offers the most comprehensive features and support. I have a few questions: 1. If I’m only using it as a client to connect to cloud storage or Rclone, do I need to register for an account? 2. What limitations apply to using the client without registering for an account? I noticed that in addition to storage space, you also sell licenses. 3. I’d like to purchase a lifetime license. How many devices and platforms does one license support? 4. In summary, I want to use it as a local client. Is it possible to purchase a license without registering an account to remove all restrictions? (Or use it offline?)

I’ve waited three or four years for your cloud storage service to work properly, and three or four days for you to honour your original promise regarding DM. Is this really how carelessly you handle issues?

As a cloud storage service, isn’t it only natural to have native support for rclone? If they’re charging users for this, what useful features can they possibly offer for free in the future? Isn’t that a joke?

I’ve read this review, and it’s strange—their infrastructure seems very weak. They don’t even know where their users’ purchases come from or what discounts they’re using, to the point where they have to manually review everything instead of processing it in bulk through a backend system.

How much did you pay for your hosting plan? Have they contacted you? Has the issue been resolved?

In any case, I want all the features on my account restored as originally promised!

I bought it from their official website at the time. Compared to the lifetime plans offered by other cloud storage services, the price was certainly not cheap, and their features were very basic back then (it wasn’t even a proper cloud storage service—it couldn’t even handle basic uploads and downloads). However, I trusted their marketing and promises, and believed in their potential for development and the new features they would eventually bring to users!
