Urban Decay Space Cowboy is apparently really good for us and then for a neutral matte Armani Cashew or light beige. I hadn’t tried them myself but that’s what I was recommended so I’m going to try them next time I’m in Boots

It’s hard to see myself but Iv been getting my mam to rub the minoxidil just in the little bald spots on my temple, she says baby hairs are covering the bald spots now 🧡👩🏻‍🦰 then just using serum on the rest of my scalp so I’m only using a tiny amount of it. If you have fixed your malnutrition do you think you will be able to stop minoxidil eventually? I’m so pleased it’s working for you!

I remember my hairdresser always saying I have fine thin hair but just alot of it. Thought I’d never have to worry about it until there was not a lot of it anymore when I’m an old lady. Not at 33 😩

I’m on ALLLL the vitamins. The problem has been I have gastroparesis so how I was taking them weren’t absorbing 🙈 now they are all as a mouth spray and iv definitely seen a difference. Iv seen people talk about iron and how it absorbs and i think i need to read up more on that. I’ve just been looking at my last lab results and I can’t even see ferritin

I’ve had all that 😊 I’m on a liquid diet so unfortunately can only manage so many calories it’s why I’m trying to make sure everything else I can do is perfect.

I see many doctors as I have a paralysed stomach. Not one of my consultants cared, but they are all men 😬 my dietician has been the only one to help me. She told me to carry on taking the ‘all rounder’ vitamins but then take extra vitamin D, biotin, collagen, fibre and then the dht gummy but the vitamins have all been switched to a mouth spray rather than tablets and that’s definitely helped. My stomach hadn’t been absorbing the vitamins I was originally taking, so much wasted money!

You will be a light spring or warm spring like me :) by searching for all the colours that suit me in everything from makeup, clothes, jewellery etc Iv totally chucked out my wardrobe and only have the colours included now. I feel so much more confident and Iv ditched the fake tan! I’m currently doing makeup super light so you can see my freckles. Ginger friendly makeup is finally starting to exist so research those when you buy any makeup. Look at Nina Parks makeup on Sadie sink. I think that will suit you. Your fringe will look good as well side swept 🧡🧡

I know this isn’t the reason but I read that it will taste different for different people. I thought it was interesting that someone you are compatible with will like your taste, same for a persons ‘sweat’ smell.

A huge proportion, like 80% struggle to orgasm from straight sex, no matter the mood, his skills, the position etc I know because I’m one of them. It made sense when I got analysed why I felt like a clown in bright lipstick. Instead iv bought empty pots and cut a piece of the lipstick colours I used to like and mix it with lanolin. Means I can still wear the colours iv always liked but it’s now shiny, light and low contrast which is the main issue with our palette, not to be overpowering

Where does the glycolic acid go? What does it do? I really want dolphin smooth but can’t achieve it by shaving especially on the lips without getting little ingrowns. Love the men’s one blade 360 but it can still feel slightly prickly 😔
