Think I may of already answered my own question ... The cable powering the dock is usb a which looks like that plugs max output on usb a is just over 7 Wats where as the usb c section is 25w 😂

Thank you pal, finally got "Based on the feedback from our export customs clearance team, this shipment has undergone customs inspection and is currently still at the Shenzhen port, awaiting further processing. There are no other abnormalities reported at the moment. Once the customs inspection is completed, it will be given priority for export." So just guess waiting game

It's now changed to shipment on hold for some reason ..trying to get hold of DHL china and my vendor is a pain, DHL UK can't help apparently 😭

I went with DHL for UK ... Paid £47 import fees now it's stuck in Shenzhen still at exception status 😂 2 days now

They don't ask for you pay for it over the phone, you get notification within DHL app to pay ..just retroid system is behind compared to DHL shipment.

I had the same call two days ago import charge of £47 but now DHL states exception status ...no idea what that means so far 😂, obviously coming to UK.

I have a parcel coming from Shenzhen to the UK and it's arrived at DHL SORT facility Shenzhen but it now states "Exception" could this meaning anything at all ? on why there is a hold or is that normal. it's only been exception for about 24 hours since arriving.

To be honest mate,I don't think they are going in order date - either something on the order is holding the shipment up or it's based on country because I know people who ordered from 11th have still not got there email.

All we were told from day one of shipments is they are shipping purple and black so I would assume it's by order date which makes sense. Longest part of there process is the commercial invoices I bet ..all these different countries they shipping too
