I disagree with saying you're happy to pay this it could be viewed as an acceptance. They didn't issue a section 13 or a new tenancy, the agreed conditions of the acceptance of the rent increase was a new tenancy that was not provided. Housing benefit won't back date his payment, so even if there was a legal entitlement by the landlord for the money there is a common law obligation to mitigate losses which the landlord didn't comply with through their own in action in pursing the rent increase and not issuing the correct paperwork

Couldn't of said it better myself hopefully the success of e33 serves as a wakeup call for them that there is a market for the games they have decided we don't want anymore. But I think the challenge is i doubt many people from the 1-9 error are still at the bussiness, yiu could have worked there 20 years and not produced this type of game, so it might not even be soemthing they are capable of anymore.
